RHGBMSS, Rayachoti, Kadapa district is a transparent, Social Service registered Non-Governmental organization with Reg. No:55/78 dated 06-04-1978 registered under registration of societies registration Act XXI of 1860 which is the highest ranked no profit voluntary organization, remained as a leader since more than 3 decades in Kadapa and Kurnool districts due to service patronage of over a lakh of people. It is a leading organization with dynamic & self motivated staff. It is a fast growing reputed and professionally managed organization having excellent and experienced persons. It is also well diversified, dedicated and knowledge resource centre.

MISSION
The mission of the organization is to uplift the social, economical, environmental status of the under privileged, depressed and disadvantaged class of people through building capacities.
Rural development is a strategy to enable a specific group of people, poor rural women and men, to gain for themselves and their children more of what they want and need. It involves helping the poorest among those who seek a lively hood in rural areas.
HISTORY
It has been registered under the society’s registration Act XXI of 1860 with its head office located at Rayachoti, Kadapa District. It has FCRA certificate granted by the Home Ministry, Govt. of India, New Delhi during the year 1985. The commissioner of Income tax, Vijayawada has granted Income tax registration certificate under section 12A of the I.T. Act. Vide No:1/31/TPT/98-99 dated 12.03.1999. The organization has been recognized by the commissioner of Income tax, Vijayawada under section of 12A of IT Act. It has a Governing body consisting of 15 members of which are 4 are women members from Cuddapah District who are all interested in rural development activities. Mr. Siddaiah is the founder of the organization. The President / Secretary and RHGBMSS staff have gained over the year’s good experience in various rural development programmes.

OBJECTIVES
Application of technology in-order to increase production for achieving development.
Priority to rural development with a view to generating adequate employment and eradication of poverty.
Empowerment of women and socially disadvantaged groups such as SCs / STs and backward classes and minorities as agents of socio-economic change and development.
Ensuring environmental sustainability of development process through a social mobilization and participation of people at all levels.
Ensuring food, health security far all particularly, the vulnerable sections of society.
Strengthening efforts to build self reliance.
The above objectives, which seek to achieve “Growth equity” need to be seen in the context of the following four important dimensions.
